IS THERE A CONTRACT?
Nope, not at all! You can purchase as a one time purchase, subscribe or purchase an annual subscription for a free box!
If you are on a recurring subscription, renewals are posted to your credit card on the 1st of the month. You will get a reminder email each month in case you need to make a last minute change to your address, billing information or skip a month.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is included in the total cost of the box. We only ship to the United States at this time.
WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?
We ship on or around the 4th of the month Sept, Dec, March & June.
All orders must be placed by the 1st of the month in order to receive that quarters box (unless we have extras). If you subscribe after the 1st and want the current quarters box, contact us and we’ll let you know if there are any left. Otherwise, you are subscribing for the following quarterly box.
WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE WHAT'S IN MY BOX?
We really love the items in each box but we understand it may not be for everyone.. We can’t honor returns or give refunds. However, anytime an item is damaged or missing, we will be happy to replace it at no charge. You can always gift a box to someone!
HOW DO I SKIP OR CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
You can always login to manage your account, skip a month or cancel your subscription. If your subscription has already been renewed, please note that any cancellation will be for the next quarter.
